Gordon "Brad" Greaves is a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant with over 21 years of experience in healthcare. A proud graduate of Stanford University’s Primary Care Program and holder of a master’s degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Arizona, Brad combines his extensive education with a passion for helping patients achieve their mental and physical health goals.
Brad’s approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. He believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable and supported. His holistic perspective emphasizes the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, helping clients become the best version of themselves through tailored care plans that incorporate both western and functional medicine approaches.
As an Idaho native, Brad has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the state and the values of hard work instilled in him while growing up on his family farm. Before transitioning to his PA career, he served as a paramedic in Idaho and Nevada, gaining invaluable experience in both ground and air ambulance services.
Brad offers comprehensive mental health care for patients of all ages, including medication management, psychotherapy, and cutting-edge services such as genetic testing. His dedication to leveraging the latest advancements in mental health care ensures his clients receive personalized, high-quality treatment.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys staying active through road cycling, mountain biking, skiing, and boating. He’s been married to his wonderful wife for 18 years, and together they have five children and 13 grandchildren. Brad is passionate about exploring Idaho’s outdoors with family and friends and welcomes new clients to join him on their journey toward better health and well-being.

Dr. Codie Vassar, a dedicated psychiatrist at Kenosha Community Health Center’s 22nd Avenue location for patient care from July of 2023, is passionate about helping people. With his expertise in psychiatry, he specializes in diagnosing, treating, and preventing mental illnesses.
Dr. Vassar’s patient care philosophy revolves around collaboration, empowerment, and psychoeducation. He actively involves his patients in their treatment journey, encouraging shared decision-making and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their condition and available treatment options.
Offering medication management and evidence-based psychotherapy, Dr. Vassar provides comprehensive care to promote mental health and well-being. He tailors treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs and values, embracing cultural sensitivity in his approach.

Piper is a 4-year-old Labrador Retriever and Brad's Canine Assistant. Piper enjoys chasing balls, giving and getting love, and has a particular affinity for small, furry animals.
